2025 Unbak IC-2500SA Mobile Steel Framing Factory

$0.00

This 2025 Unbak IC-2500SA (ICARUS series) light steel framing machine roll forms and punches cold-formed steel profiles for wall panels, roof trusses, and lattice joists.

It is available two ways:

  • Machine Only: the IC-2500SA framing machine.

  • Mobile Factory Package: the IC-2500SA with an Unbak IC-XMobile container unit, a crane, and a generator. This is a self-contained setup for producing framing on the job site.

The IC-2500SA processes S350 high-strength steel up to 0.063" (1.6 mm) thick and runs three web widths. It has a 12-station roll forming unit driven by a 10.7 hp (8 kW) motor and a 14.8 hp (11 kW) hydraulic system. Pre-punches cover web notch, lip notch, dimple, service hole, and truss end. Post-punches cover swage and cut-off. The machine is operated from a 21" touchscreen, and an integrated inkjet printer marks production data on each profile. It also includes three Unbak systems:

  • SABS: anti-jamming.

  • 3StageCut: adaptive cutting.

  • LGSFLEX: allows web widths (2.36"–5.91") and punch configurations to be updated after purchase.

It is compatible with Vertex BD, StrucSoft, and FrameBuilder-MRD design software.

The IC-XMobile unit is built for mass housing and multi-building projects, where producing framing on site removes the cost and lead time of shipping finished components. It runs on generator power or a grid connection, so it can operate at remote sites.
