This is a rare opportunity to acquire a complete, production-ready FRAMECAD steel framing operation in a single transaction. The package is anchored by a 2023 FRAMECAD ST925iT multi-profile frame and truss plant — one of the most capable light gauge steel framing systems available — supported by a FRAMECAD F325iT and F450iT as auxiliary machines, a 2-ton rolling gantry track with manual chain hoist, and a spare parts package.

The ST925iT is FRAMECAD's heavy-duty multi-profile platform, capable of producing wall frames, trusses, and joists across four stud widths: 3-5/8", 6", 8", and 12". The auto-gauging system handles material from 20 to 14 gauge (0.95–2.0mm) and runs on FRAMECAD Factory 2 machine control software. The machine integrates with FRAMECAD Structure and Detailer design software and supports BIM workflows through Revit and Tekla. Software licenses are transferable to the new owner.

The F325iT and F450iT provide production flexibility for smaller profile runs and overflow capacity. The F325iT handles stud widths from 2.5" to 6" in 24–18 gauge material, while the F450iT covers 3" to 6" in 22–16 gauge — extending the package's range into heavier structural applications. Both machines run FRAMECAD Factory 2 and share the same tooling and software ecosystem as the ST925iT.

The 2-ton rolling gantry track with manual chain hoist supports in-facility material handling and is included in the package. A spare parts package is also included, providing meaningful continuity of operations for the new owner.

The FRAMECAD software license is transferable. This package is being offered as a complete unit. Indiquip will consider offers on individual machines.
